The sole mission of The Narrative is to provide free to low-cost solutions for generational traumas, gaps, and issues that plague the African American and other under-served communities.

Our vision is to be the premier organization to connect communities to a wealth of viable resources while providing a solid network of support through philanthropy and service.

OUR STORY
The Narrative was founded by MeShawn Foster and started as a collaboration of four women. It has since evolved into a growing network of community stakeholders with a vested interest in community development. Recognizing the need for an initial focus on providing solutions within the African American community, the Board of Directors pool their talents, skills, and network to visualize change across all under-served communities.
Our chosen colors represent our mission, vision, and collaborative purpose.
Golden Orange- represents prestige, wisdom, illumination, wealth and quality
Amber- represents courage, clarification and healing
