Achieve, Network, Develop through Motivational Experience (AND ME) is designed to serve as an empowering high school transitional program that begins during the freshman year. This program provides supportive services throughout all four years of high school that continues for 4 years after high school graduation. AND ME works in collaboration with school leadership, teachers, counselors, and parents to identify and address gaps unable to be addressed with the current educational structure.  Our team provides development and mentor services where teachers and counselors are limited.

Our team of community leaders work with principals, teachers, and stakeholders to tailor our offerings based on current needs of the schools we engage with.  Some key areas of focus are:

• Instruction in effective study skills and note-taking through dedicated power hours and improvement workshops

• Access to a network of motivational mentors and community leaders throughout a student's involvement with the program

• Develop peer based conflict resolution and sensitivity teams to mitigate school violence and all forms of bullying

• Host self-branding workshops that focus on common etiquette, social media responsibility, oral and written communication skills

• Providing post-secondary support for 4 years after high school through mentors and viable resources
